1. How do I place an order with HomeDaybed?
We accept orders 24/7 online. If you need further assistance buying the best furniture, use livechat or you can also email us at info@homedaybed.com.

Please provide your name, number, the item(s) you are thinking about ordering and any questions or comments.

2. How do I revise or cancel an order once it is placed?
If you wish to revise your order please email info@homedaybed.com and include your name and the Order Number.

Once the order has been shipped out and is in transit, any cancellation requests will not be allowed. As long as you cancel your order before it has left our warehouse, you will receive a refund minus a restocking fee and transaction fee, if applies. 

3. How do I track my order from HomeDaybed?
Once your order is ready to be shipped by HomeDaybed, our customer service team will email you a tracking number.

You can use this to track your order on the carrier's website.

4. What is your return policy?

5. When will I get the product?

Most orders will be shipped from our warehouses within 2-5 business days after the order has been placed. Over-sized Items will be shipped from our warehouse within 8-10 business days after the order has been placed.

Estimated delivery time-frames are between 3-15 business days after shipping from our warehouses.  However, most orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days.
